FAQ
At VIP we believe we offer premium care that is affordable and gets you more bark for your buck! Our knowledgeable staff keeps a constant eye over our play groups to ensure every dog is comfortable and having fun.
The best person to answer this question is you! You know your dog best. Doggy daycare can be great option for some dogs and owners. Some dogs are very social and enjoy playing with and being in the company of other social dogs. While some dogs prefer human interaction and may not enjoy socializing with other dogs. If you are unsure about whether or not your dog will enjoy daycare, give us a call or set up an evaluation!
Physical Exercise
When your dog attends doggy daycare, they’ll be able to burn off some energy and get the physical activity they need to stay healthy.
Mental Stimulation
Play is not only physically stimulating to dogs, but it is also mentally stimulating.
Social Time
Daycare is a great option for dogs that already enjoy being in the presence of other dogs! Daycare provides them with an environment to mingle and make friends!
Bathroom Breaks
While at Daycare, your dog will have bathroom access at least every 2 hours, if not unlimited access (weather dependent). Studies show that dogs who have to hold their bladder for long periods of time have an increased likelihood of urinary tract infections and other urinary issues, such as bladder stones, bladder crystals, and even bladder cancer. Attention
Even if you aren’t concerned with your dog’s exercise level, our staff will provide an unlimited amount of belly rubs, ear scratches, and snuggles.
Confidence Building
Lots of dogs are naturally a little shy, but with the right daycare environment, dogs can blossom and turn into social butterflies.
Great for Busy Owners
If you have a packed schedule, you may feel a little guilty about not getting your dog enough exercise or attention. Daycare is a great solution, while you are at work your dog is playing to their hearts content. When they get home they’ll be dog tired and ready for some good snuggles.
Yes! We have over 60,000 square feet of outdoor play space. We have sectioned them out into 4 large play areas to serve large and high-energy players, pampered players, low energy/loungers, and small players.
While we do not allow customers to walk through our facility, we do have the ability to show you our boarding and indoor and outdoor play spaces from TVs in our lobby. We do this because strangers excite, raise arousal levels, and can even scare our guests. Calm and predictable environments are key to safe and happy guests, and at VIP, we prioritize our guests comfort and happiness! We do provide the opportunity to view the cameras at the beginning of each evaluation if desired. However, if you’d like see our facility before enrolling, we do ask you make an appointment beforehand as we may not always be able to accommodate walk ins.
