All clients must first complete the proper Service Application and sign our contract.

All dogs wishing to use the Daycare and Boarding services must pass the Evaluation Process and continue to meet the criteria evaluated.

All pets must be in good health and up to date on vaccinations required by V.I.P.

  • Dogs:
    • Rabies, Canine Distemper, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
    • Influenza (Recommended)
    • Negative Fecal Test
    • Yearly heartworm and flea/tick preventative
  •  Cats
    • Rabies and Feline Distemper
    • Feline Leukemia (Recommended)

All pets must be at least 4 months old to use the Daycare and/or Boarding services.

All dogs must be spayed/neutered by the age of 15 months and sign an additional contract.

All cats must be spayed/neutered by the age of 6 months.

    • If not, cleaning fees may be applied.

Once a client’s dog passes the 4-hour evaluation and temperament test, they must return to daycare at least once every 30 days to continue utilizing the daycare service. If a client fails to meet this requirement, their dog must re-evaluate before returning for V.I.P.’s regular daycare service.

All appointment requests for daycare and boarding should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Package days purchased from V.I.P. are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Package days purchased from V.I.P. expire one year from purchase date. A client will not be reimbursed for unused days.

Packages are priced per pet, not per household. Days from one package cannot be shared between multiple dogs.

Package days cannot be used for a boarding stay.

All clients must keep an up-to-date credit card on file.

The additional dog/cat, “Roommate” discount only applies for boarding if both pets are sharing the same boarding suite.

The maximum number of dogs or cats allowed in the same boarding suite is 2 and they must come from the same household.

Dogs and cats cannot be boarded in the same suite, even if they come from the same household.

If a client has two dogs sharing the same boarding suite, and they need to be fed separately, there will be an additional charge of $3/meal added to the invoice.

If a pet requires any medication during their stay at V.I.P., a medication fee will be put in place. Medication will be charged per day and difficult to medicate pets will receive an additional charge determined by V.I.P.

    •  $5 for Oral and Topical
    • $10 for Injectable

A La Carte services purchased for a pet’s boarding stay will only be performed on arrival days if the pet is dropped off before 12:00pm. They will not be performed on scheduled departure days.

Boarding pets that are picked up after 11:00am on their departing day will have a “Day Fee” charge added to their invoice.

    • Dogs: $30/dog
    • Cats: $15/cat

If a client’s dog passes the 4-hour evaluation and temperament test and they are only interested in V.I.P.’s boarding service, they must utilize the service at least once within 365 days of their last visit.

If a Boarding reservation is no longer needed and the client does not cancel their appointment within 24 hours of the reservation date, the card on file will be charged a $25 “Cancelation” fee.

If a Boarding reservation is no longer needed and the client makes no attempt to cancel their appointment, the card on file with be charged a $40 “No Show” fee.

If a Daycare reservation is no longer needed and the client does not cancel their appointment within 24 hours of the reservation date, the card on file will be charged a $15 “Cancelation” fee.

If a Daycare reservation is no longer needed and the client makes no attempt to cancel their appointment, the card on file will be charged a $25 “No Show” fee.

If a client requires an early drop off or late pick up for Boarding or Daycare, outside V.I.P.’s regular lobby hours, a $1/minute fee will be applied to the client’s invoice.

If a client fails to pick up their pet within 30 minutes of closing from either a Daycare or Boarding reservation, their pet will be boarded, and full rates will apply.

V.I.P.’s lobby will be closed for drop-off, pick-up, and daycare on the following holidays.

  • New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Sunday before Memorial Day, July 4th, Sunday before Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
  • Hours for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend
    • Closed Sunday before
    • 3:00pm-5:00pm on Monday
      • Boarding drop-off/pick-up only
      • Closed to Daycare
